We are convinced that the future of work emerges from the interplay between science and practice. That is why we work closely with companies and organizations to research current challenges in the digital world of work and develop solutions together.

Our collaboration focuses on three key areas: People – Tasks – AI, People – Space – Time, and People – Leadership – Structure. In these areas, we work with partners to examine how work is changing as a result of digitalization and artificial intelligence—and how organizations can successfully navigate these changes.

Companies contribute their practical experiences and challenges, while we bring scientific methods and research perspectives to the table. This leads to new insights, practical solutions, and ideas for shaping modern work environments.

There are various ways to participate in our work or collaborate with us:

  • Research and Practice Projects: Joint projects in which specific issues raised by companies are scientifically examined and solutions are developed collaboratively.
  • Studies and Data Collection: Companies can participate in our studies, for example through interviews, workshops, or surveys with employees and executives.
  • Workshops and Presentations: We share the latest research findings and discuss with companies how these findings impact leadership, collaboration, and organization.
  • Dialogue and exchange: Discussing current challenges in the world of work is also an important part of our collaboration.
